We are a small, and dedicated business based in Cambridge, UK. Our aim is to provide an easy to use service by removing as much Jargon as we can to make web hosting easy to understand, easy to use and available for nearly all budgets.

We offer low cost, feature rich web hosting packages, all our hosting packages have the same features and functionality, the only differences are the amount of web space to store data, the amount of data that can be transferred per month, amount of email accounts and MySQL databases (linux packages). All our packages are available to anyone with a domain name, whether registered with us or not.

We believe that to offer good service, we need to listen to our customers and react, and in doing so we have at our heart a core set of policies which we must adhere too to provide the best service.

At Simple By Design we know that there are just too many factors involved with web hosting that offering guarantees of 100% or 99.99% server uptime can be unreasonable, there are just too many things out side our control, from hackers to hardware failures, to leased line problems with a local Telecoms company. We believe that being honest about any issues that may arise to affect our service, and that we'll offer to any customer with a web hosting package credit against their account that exceeds 8hrs of downtime within a month, which has been documented by the customer and verified by us Simple By Design.

Customer Support

At Simple By Design we believe supporting the customer is of utmost importance. Our goal is to answer all support requests as quickly and efficiently as possible, all support are to be made via our support ticket system to enable us to track and monitor any and all support issues. Our promise to our customers is that all support issues are dealt in a friendly, curtious and professional manor by the same person to keep the support offered consistent, in the event this is not possible the entire support ticket will be fully assessed so the same questions are not asked, or the same answer given.
