Update: Accordion Menu

A couple of fixes to our Accordion menu, the main one being a fix to correct the way the menu works when not using a mouse-over style menu and clicking a top level menu with no sub menus, it now behaves as it should.

A few other changes affect the way the CSS of the menu can be set within the modules parameters.
