Hi,
Sorry for the delay, I have just looked at your site, one thing is that it is missing the CSS for them menu. This can be re-enabled in the admin side or copying the menus CSS infomation over to that of your templates.

I have tried all combinations of the 3 CSS options and makes no difference. Why should I copy CSS? What was is that was not configured on my site?

Hi,
Try setting the following options:
XHTML Transitional: No (if you set it to yes you need to copy the menu css to your template)
Expand One Level Menu: No
