Ok, I think I have cracked it, it appears to be working on my test site correctly now (viewable here - I've hard coded the search term in the java script) and all appears correctly.

If you can re-download the mambot (Download) and try it again and let me know.

well its certainly fixed the content header issue etc.
Your a star!!

I'll report back as soon as google indexes my new site and I can test the actual highlighting.
